Private Chef At Your Villa in Tuscany


Dear host, it will be my pleasure to share with you my love for food and wine.

The dinner includes four courses:
- vegetable pie with sauce, salami and cheese;
- homemade pasta with a sauce;
- meat with spices and baked vegetables;
- chocolate salad.

All courses will be paired with local wines. The menu may undergo small variations depending on availability of fresh ingredients.

A bottle of wine for every two people it's included.
 
My cuisine is typical of Tuscany, with pasta made with ancient grain flour, with little gluten, local organic ingredients and as much as possible in season.

Otherwise, you could taste an excellent Italian pizza, cooked in a wood burning pizza oven on my Piaggio Ape.
